Sienna Spence

I have been at Saint Kentigern College for two years now and love it!

Spence, Sienna.jpgWhen I joined the College at the start of Year 9, I was one of the first girl boarders and the youngest! It was great living in the girls’ boarding house; it was like having heaps of big sisters looking after me.

Boarding has definitely been an advantage for me as I play so many sports and it makes it easy for me to mix my sports training with getting my homework done. I manage to play waterpolo, netball, touch rugby, tennis and a quite a few more. I also take Dance as a subject and so I have also been involved in the College dance and musical productions which are another side to College that I love. It’s easy to get to all the rehearsals as I’m right on campus.

Everyone is friendly and I have met so many girl and boy boarders that it has become like a family for me with lots of brothers and sisters. It is definitely a place I can call home.

Mrs Winthrop looks after us. Her family lives connected to our house so she is always there if we need some help. We also have a tutor available at night if we need help with our homework.
